Opalline Scepter

A simple white rod or wand capped with an unusually large opal gem. It was found in the tower of Ithraides in the village of Wheldon in Deepingdale.

Currently in the possession of Lady Amalia Barov of Impiltur.

Description

It is a thin wand composed of pure white birchwood, about 7 inches long. It is set simply with a sea green opal stone about the size of a robin's egg at the end, fitted into a silver ring. The grip is etched with a few whorls and lines in gold leaf that vaguely suggest wind or water.
